Watched some of the 4th qtr Pelicans broadcast. The CA Antonio Daniels is pretty good.

The NBA has more bad contracts than any league I can think of. Terrible players are being paid big money. Pretty much every team has one or more.

I don't listen to him do games, but he has a show on NBA radio and he is easily the worst radio host/former player I've ever heard. A total know it all, condescending player apologist who is constantly interrupting his co-host. I push the button whenever I hear his voice.

this team could actually be fun if they pushed the pace on every possession, but they won't because they're a poorly coached shitshow. Almost every game they will have an advantage in bench backcourt matchups.

Every single player on the team being a defensive liability is a problem though.

THT playing 8 minutes and Matas playing 5 is inexcusable, but so is a lot of what goes on with this team.

Billy D's marriage to small ball is the biggest problem and has been for years. Even going back to his days as OKCs coach. He has a weird fascination with his old Providence team where Rick Pitino ran out 4 guards and made it to the Final 4 over 35 years ago. That's not going to work in the NBA. And if he continues to insist on starting 3 guards that are defensive liabilities he has no chance either. He has to decide between Giddey and Coby. Can't start both.
