There is some sort of collective amnesia occurring with Bears fans. Williams was the number one reason the Bears lost this game…this should’ve been an easy W with how well the D played but Caleb found a way to get shut out and destroyed.

They deserved to lose this game, so I'm not really sick about the hailmary. It was nice to see Caleb make a 4th quarter appearance.

First time we’ve seen competent 4Q come-from-behind QB play…maybe ever? Idk. Can’t recall another QB leading comebacks from down two scores in the 4th.

Of course that happened because he sucked balls all game, but still. Nuts up in crunch time.

Two scores? They were down 12-7.

By Tuesday the narrative will be that he basically threw for 300 yards and four scores.

Caleb Williams math, you double everything. Instead of 4 for 16 he was actually 8 for 16 going into the 4th. And instead of down a score, down 2 scores.

Plus he's not throwing interceptions, which is concerning. Right?

How many passes went sailing over Moore and Allen and Odunze's head today? Williams too quick to throw it away out of bounds. Yes, he'd have more interceptions if he trusted his receivers more and instead of throwing it into the bench he gave em a chance at making a catch.

Exactly. Needs to throw more interceptions. Then we know he is good. Otherwise, draft Miller Moss.

10 of 24 for 131 yds and no tds…but hey not ints so BRick is happy.

The end to this game probably plays out differently if Waldron doesn't pull out gimmicky bullshit on the goal line in the 4th quarter.

Caleb was bad for 3 quarters (stellar in the 4th). The o-line was bad all game. Waldron sucked until the last 10 or so minutes. Does he have some kind of tick that makes him blurt out inside zone run and screen calls into the headset?

Hussra made an argument early in the year that it was a problem that Williams wasn't throwing interceptions and it meant he wouldn't be good.

that's because they were on Hard Knocks and this game was on National TV so they had to prove to everyone how they are so much smarter than the NFL. These Bear Coaches need to remind everyone how they're the smartest guys in the room.

It's not matter of good, it's a matter of success. You're not going to succeed in the NFL being so afraid to throw interceptions you're constantly throwing the ball out of bounds.

NBC had said two blatant holds and Stephenson tipping it up. What a shitty bad luck ending.

He has five 4th quarter comebacks in his whole career.

You lose all credibility due to your inability to properly use the quote function. For example: Dolphin hasn’t been taken seriously for years.

Exactly. Needs more interceptions. Hopefully he throws 3 the next game or it's time to get worried.

Williams has horses 1-3 among his receivers. Give them a chance to make a play. Throwing the ball out of bounds, sure the defender won't catch it, but neither will your guy.

Does Daniels’ game winner count or do we ignore that?

Bears going to lose next week at the Cards then win at home vs the Pats. So they'll win one more game this season

Sure he was. He’s also starting his 7th game and despite being utter ass for 3 quarters was able not to let being utter ass for 3 quarters make him give up , get down on himself but instead led essentially 2 touchdown drives in the 4th quarter to take the lead / win the game. Its growth . I’ll take it .

Where are Caller Bob and Costanza? They should be heavily involved in assigning blame for this loss.
