i got beat in the last five minutes by Henry. Dobbins was on his way to a big game and I was up 20 so I should have been able to put that one in the barn

its just a battle to stay out of the penalties for finishing in the bottom two at this point. I play the top two teams to close out the season, so good luck with that

well, well, well...i grabbed victory from the jaws of defeat with Jerry Jeudy last night. I think I will stay out of the last two spots and avoid the loser penalties.

I was lucky enough to pick up Jeudy middle of the year off the scrap heap and he has done nicely.

I had a dominate team this year winning my division by 4 games and scoring 225 more points than the next closest team. Bye week in the playoffs and promptly lose in the semi-finals by 1.4 points even after putting up a monster week. Guy I played had Taylor and his fucking kicker had 21 points. I hate kickers in FF with a passion.

So most points in the regular season, 3rd most points week 1 of the playoffs, and most points the next 2 playoff weeks gets me 5th place. I know that's how it works, but it's still annoying.

50% skill 50% luck. In my longtime league i went over 17 years of h2h regular season records and found that the "bad" managers won around 40% of their games and the "good" managers were just under 60%. so you being the best manager every basically means you make the playoffs more often but you have to accept the playoffs are a crapshoot and rarely the best regular season team actually wins

Very annoying. I would have crushed both teams in the championship and the other two in the semis. The guy who beat me by 1.4 in the semis won it all. Ended up in 3rd - at least that will cover my entry fee next year.
