let me tell you, nothing is more motivating to getting in shape than going through a divorce.

Started the diet a month ago, already down 15 pounds to 221.6

This time around I'm eating way less than I usually do when I diet and I've added exercise. I have a sit down exercise bike that I bought after my last back surgery, but used it once and it hurt my back and sciatic nerve. Tried it again last week and it's fine. been doing it every day. Started at a half hour and am now doing 35 minutes.

Eating wise, ehre is my daily menu:

Breakfast: protein bar (200 calories)
Lunch: Turkey chili with small cup of cheese and two package of oyster crackers
Dinner: Another protein bar
Snacks: a couple times per day I'll eat 3-5 dark chocolate covered almonds. At night I have a tea cup of cereal

That's it, probalboy consuming under 1000 calories per day + hitting the bike = I expect to him my goal weight of 195 sooner rather than later.

Then its time to start banging all sorts of broads.

Those oyster crackers are costing you a pound or two of weight loss every twenty-five days with basically no upside to speak of (aside from making the chili taste better). If you don’t want to increase your deficit or don’t want to get headaches from having such a dearth of carbs just replace it with an apple in the afternoon. At least with the apple you’ll get fiber (I assume you’re taking a multivitamin).

Personally I’ve been doing well but as I get into my mid-thirties I find the little carb bombs of shit like oyster crackers will throw me off and have me gaining weight. My devil is more tortilla chips, which I can eat almost infinitely without realizing it. Crazy how delicate it becomes as you get older. I am trying to get into marathon shape and it’s tough, getting past about thirteen miles is a real challenge. And the cravings those big runs give me to just eat a bunch of bullshit are brutal.

Good luck brother.

How you going to bang broads with a bad back?

Seriously though, that diet looks horrendous. The protein bars are complete crap, I'd cut them out first. Get yourself protein powder and throw a few scoops into whole milk, or oat milk if you are lactose intolerant, each morning. Protein shakes, salads, Mediterranean diet, good oils, nuts (yar), red meats, eggs, potatoes...

I'm gonna have a doctors note with restrictions that I'll give to the broad right beforehand.

I'm good with the diet as planned. It sucks, but it's working. Dropped another 2 lbs last week. Down to 219.4. Not counting the first week when you lose a lot of weight, I'm averaging 2.2 lbs lost per week which is quite a lot for me and my metabolism.

At this rate I'm hoping to be back out there wheeling broads by end of February beginning of March. Maybe sooner if the cabin fever is getting to me too much.

Divorce sucks, but you will prevail victorious. For now I say, my apologies. In one year I'll offer my congratulations.

appreciate it bro! It's been a rough month and will probably be a tough next couple months as I work my way back into shape. By mid March I expect I'll be looking back at this and laughing at my past self for struggling at all.

Anything less than 1800 calories a day depending on your BMR is dangerous and generally unhealthy. Loaing 2 lbs a week is dangerous and unhealthy.

amazing and unexpected number on the scale this morning. 214.2. 5lb loss this week. Down 21 total since 11/12.

Darkside might be right, but I'll tell you, being dangerously unhealthy never felt so good!

went up half a pound from 214.2 to 214.6. Not surprised after last week's 5 lb loss. Glad it was only half a pound. Hoping my body adjusts and I get back to losing over next week.

great week for me. after stagnating for past 2 weeks I hit it extra hard this week and the result is an 3.5 lb loss. Down to 211. started at 235 back on 11/12/24. Goal is 190-195 range. At this rate it won't be long. Maybe less than 2 months.

Pretty excited to hit my goal and then re-start my life.

Just signed up at the YMCA in town. Nice little gym, and I cannot run outside in this weather. I had an Anytime Membership, but the drive was too far to make it useful daily.

so i wasn't planning to get back out there till I had completed my weight loss and updated my wardrobe and got a new car, but then I got bored and signed up for facebook dating a couple days ago. Next thing you know, I'm getting chatted up left right and center. Talked to a good looking hot body polish girl from highland park last couple days and now I have a date with her tomorrow night. Going out for couple drinks. she's looking for long term so not sure how far this will go, but good to get out and start getting in some reps

I'll be ubering till I get a new car. Pretty sure a 2017 Murano with 90k miles and an interior that can only be described as wet muddy dog hair chic is definitely a deal breaker.

my dating stories from my mid 30s were insane. Could make a movie about them. Here are some of the nicknames and stories that came out of that era in headline form....

The curse of the hairy bush
The battle for the shirt
Pissmouth
The "There and back" move
The Jewgroupie

EDIT: Almost forgot one of the most epic..... Why would I have an inhaler? I don't have asthma.

weighed myself a day early since I have that date tonight. Tipped the scale at 208. down 3 lbs from last week and down 27 total from my starting weight of 235 back on 11/12/24.

Crazy how fast I'm losing the weight. End goal is actually in sight now.
