Watched the first 4 episodes and I'm hooked. Even has Jon Hamm in a supporting role.

Been thinking of trying. I enjoyed Tulsa King. They make good shows it seems.

my wife watches it and the little bit I've seen seems good. Surprisingly funny. Billy Bob is really good with dry comedy.

I knew I recognized Billy Bobs son in this show and could not place him. He was Kendall Crowe on Justified.

He was also in the show The Son with Pierce Brosnan. Played the younger version of Brosnan's character

There’s got to be some committee out there that comes up with these shows. They’re like crack for old dads.

Contemporary Westerns are just what seems to be in right now for TV. Just like how comic book movies ruled the theaters for a decade.

I'd say it started with Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy. Not to say this is on that level, because it isn't, but that's just what's in.

Taylor Sheridan basically has become Paramount's Dick Wolf.

I have a preternatural dislike for Billy Bob Thornton but the pilot was good. I was rofl in the scenes with his daughter.

Sheridan got paid nine figures to make like 10 of these shows.

I think Oil Yellowstone is #8.

He’s doing product promos for his own business within the Yellowstone universe.

I read somewhere that he hires people to be writers on the shows even though he mostly rewrites everything himself, for the sole purpose of keeping those people employed.

Dude is one of the more interesting people-who-sexualize-horses operating today.

You obviously don’t read r/Yellowstone because next to Trump who is literally Hitler, Sheridan is the most hated man on Reddit.

The family dinner scene in the last episode was hilarious!

Anyone see Jerry Jones’ cameo last episode? As good an acting performance as there has been on the series.

Season was a bit bumpy at times, but overall solid.

I'll give it bonus points for dropping a classic Paul Harvey in the opening. That's a voice I remember from my childhood that I haven't heard in who knows how long.
