I genuinely don’t know if people watch Caleb Williams or just respond to imaginary hypotheticals they’ve created while winning arguments in the shower.

Well Stone Pony, I’m gonna analogize. Tell me your favorite sport and I’ll work something up.

Some guys are capable of things they can do infrequently. For instance, little Danny Bernstein can dial up 98mph on the black.

Other guys can do that thing all the time. For instance, Barry Bonds.

Repeatable talent is descriptive. You do a thing and do that thing again because you’re capable of doing that thing when you need to do that thing.

Caleb's "Arm Repeatedly" Overthrows "Talented" receivers by a minimum of 15 yards per downfield pass. Does that qualify as "Repeatable Arm Talent"? Just Asking A Question

I like that you’ve quietly transitioned from “he has no arm strength” to “he throws it too far.”

It’s very on brand.

Tyson Bagent has the "arm strength" to overthrow receivers too. Doesn't mean that he has a strong arm however

Doesn't every QB have repeatable arm talent? If not, what sets Caleb's talented arm repetitions apart?

If you think Caleb's repeatable arm talent is something, let me introduce ...Patrick Manley. Fucker repeatedly arm talented that shit backwards.

Well, no, because the idea is that the quarterback throws the ball forward.

Well Caleb "Repeatedly" throws the ball out of bounds on passes that were not intended to go out of bounds. "Repeatable" Arm Talent

1. No one has ever used the phrase (til now) That Steph Curry has "Repeatable Shot Talent"

I can understand that you're desperate for a win anywhere you may find it Pop Pop, but the simple truth is that you're forcing obtuseness because, well, I'm not really sure why, maybe a misguided effort to appear staunchly objective because you think that gives your thoughts more weight?

Anyway, "repeatable arm talent" is simply a descriptor of "arm talent", specifically that it is "repeatable" and not uncommon or the result of a fluke. For example, Caleb Williams has the talent to deliver the football into tight windows with pace, from different throwing platforms (running, off-balance, etc.). That's the "arm talent" part. Mitch (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky and Justin Fields, at times, showed similar "arm talent", in that they made throws into tight windows with pace, sometimes off of awkward throwing platforms. With Mitch and Justin, though, those instances of "arm talent" were far less common than with Caleb Williams, in fact, oftentimes throws necessitating that specific arm talent, resulted in throws sailing into the arms of defenders over the top (Mitch notoriously sailed passes, Justin less so but it was still there), because the slightest change in arm angle or shoulder tilt meant that neither could re-adjust what they had to in order to complete the throw accurately while maintaining velocity.

Caleb Williams, however, has shown the ability to not only make those throws, but make them much more consistently, or to use another word: repeatedly. The arm talent, again which is into tight windows with pace from different platforms, is more repeatable with Caleb than his predecessors, therefore he has "repeatable arm talent".

If this doesn't help I'll get to work on a coloring book for you.

It's a stupid phrase uttered by a stupid man Hartgrove. It's a?rather contrived term that was created by a buffoon as a way of making the quarterback he likes appear to be "unique"

What's stupid about the phrase?
