What's the app? You're looking good though --- as long as you put the same amount of money down on each.

I wanted drama. Just never dreamed it would be Rory and Rose.

Sure…God bless our biggest oil supplier (by far) Canada (and then Mexico) and fuck the terrorist supporting Saudis.

Really glad to see Rory get it done.

Great tournament as always!

It was touching to see him get emotional talking about seeing his parents next week to celebrate.

Such a Rory finish…I’m glad he belongs to the history books now.

ESPNbet. They rarely offer cash outs live or between games even.

Great finish and final round. I have to say I found it annoying that Nantz was waxing poetic on Rory both during his last hole and first playoff hole. Cmon Jim, you don’t need to throw in every bit of flowery language in there with the assumption Rory will win, just call the action and let it flow after Rory actually seals the deal.

That was a man with thee weight of the golfing world coming off his shoulders. I loved when he opened his presser saying "what are you going to talk about next year?".

I'm not a big Rory fan as I think he talks out of both sides of his mouth, but I'm glad he finally got that career grand slam.

Yeah Jim was in full “ Let me get as much flowery prose in about Rory as possible “ mode when it wasn’t needed at all. Everyone understood the gravity of what he was doing and what he was trying to accomplish. We didn’t need Nantz interjecting more into an already sufficiently dramatic situation. He certainly didn’t seem to want Rose to win it.

I would have been fine if Rose would have won since Rory did everything in his power to piss it away, but the best part would have been having Nantz having to pivot from throwing bouquets at Rory's feet. Overall, I am glad that Rory got the win, he has put in a lot of work to get to where he is, and it is like maybe a once in a generation accomplishment. Only 6 guys in the history of modern golf.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him win another major this year. Already won the Players, and now has the Masters weight off his back.

Yeah I think we will see a much more relaxed Rory moving forward. He may go on a solid run the next couple years.

Should also be noted what an absolute class interview Rose ( and to a lesser extent , Bryson ) gave after the playoff . THATS show you handle losing with dignity . I’m sure they didn’t feel as bad as Rory did after the US Open though .

Rose has always been the epitome of class. Stinks for him to have lost two of em in playoffs. Hopefully he can get one in the future.

2nd place is $2M less than first. Patrick reed's hole out on 17 was worth $600k in prize money. scheffler had a "disapointing" 4th and gets $1M to comfort himself with. i wonder if these guys think about the prize money too when lining up these putts.

A lot of the big names already have generational wealth and while I am sure they like the paychecks, for MANY of them it is about trophies and legacy. Justin Rose has over $66 million dollars in career earnings.
