Anyone attending Miller Par....I'm sorry American Family Field this weekend?

I'll be rolling up tonight in my leased Audi Q5, wearing a tailored Cubs quarter-zip over a Bonobos polo, and yes, a stop at Colectivo for a pour-over before making the pilgrimage north will be happening. I'm not going just for baseball—I'm going for the anthropological study of Milwaukee’s casual tailgate culture. Brats on charcoal grills, PBR tallboys in koozies, and a lot of camo Brewers gear that looks like it came from a Fleet Farm clearance rack. It’s charming, in a flyover-chic kind of way. As for the stadium, I'm low-key impressed by the retractable roof—very practical, very Midwest—but also slightly disoriented by the lack of skyline. My seats? Club level, of course. I need proximity to an Old Fashioned that’s made with proper bitters and a local cherry, not some bright red Maraschino monstrosity. When the Cubs score, I'll just clap politely—this isn’t Wrigley. I'll be surrounded by Brewers fans who are Midwest nice but also suspicious of my Lululemon joggers and La Colombe can in hand. Hope to leave the game slightly buzzed, and spiritually grateful that I live in a city where sports misery is shared by millions—and not just tolerated by polite strangers in cheese hats.

Sounds like at least twelve fun things.

boog was out sick prior to phillies series. believe he did last week friday's home game with the phillies...fox and espn had sat-sun games. out again for the pirates series. understand alex cohen is in milwaukee, after yesterday's apple tv game.

hope boog will be ok. if voice-related, understandable, but he did do a game last week and his voice sounded fine. cohen seems a great fit for the iowa cubs and for now, that's where he belongs.
