Big Fan of Russell Henley and good to see him win again, up to 7 in the OWGR.

Great finish this year. That holed out shot for eagle really threw Morikawa.

Spieth had a T-1/MC last year. I hadn't seen that one before.

Should be a very interesting back nine today at the Players. Teed off early to get ahead of some weather.

Hopefully Rory won’t take Spaun’s phone from him if he loses

Probably will tune into some of the golf this weekend and next just to see who is playing well going into the Masters. I suspect Scheffler will be up near the top for the weekend. Fowler needs to win to get an invite to Augusta.

Plot thickening in Houston. Couple guys making a run at Lee and it looks like he’s going to hit a shot from his knees under a bush

Got to say I laughed when Lee acted like he was doing aimpoint before his final tap-in.

31 under par. Insane.

I’m dumb. Golf needs to find a way to challenge these people.

Yep. They are so good, and the equipment is so good, that outside of something setup like the US Open, it’s not a challenge. The average TPC course just can’t hold up.

“Easiest” fix (and I’m sure there are 100 reasons it’s not easy) would be coming up with a tour/pro level ball that doesn’t go so far. Then you don’t have guys hitting driver, 7 iron into 540 yard par 5’s. Tball through college uses metal/composite bats. You make the pros, and it’s wood.

Easiest fix is making every course firm and fast with wind and rough but can’t control Mother Nature.

Looking forward to checking out some of the Truist tournament this weekend. Never seen the Philadelphia Cricket Club before so really enjoy seeing those old layouts that have been modernized some.

So far, looks like another -20 (or more) winner, and that's on a par 70 with two par 5's.

Apparently one of the shortest courses of the year. Mitchell crushed the previous course record by like 4 shots.
