COF - I was thinking the same thing on my trip to Costco - it was so bad, I had to turn it off.

The name of the show is supposed to "Hampton & Holmes", but Dan sounded absolutely clueless as the lead voice while Laurence was away...That should never happen again!

Both are bad together & both are bad solo. Just like B&B!

Another bad show on the Score air waves. Shocked? I am sure as hell not.

1. Larry Holmes is just not an everyday show host. I know he has been there a long time and has kissed the appropriate assage to get a shot at a show, but it just does not fly. He is a fake and it shows. He is not nearly as smart as he thinks he is because he is a "good writer" or so he says. Larry you did a good job as a Bear reporter and maybe the Score will find something for you to do like special resports? like the 60 minutes of sports, but the free flow talking and being real of sports talk radio is not for you.

2. Hamp is not as bad as the world thinks. The guy can talk when he gets rolling, but he is in a terrible pairing, he might need toe ven be part of a 3 man team.

3. While the pair doesnt work so well, I think management should take some of the this blame. you put 2 guys who probably never had more than 10 words between them and asked them to make a show? Then you promoted this like it was special. Plus Hampton could not even start for a few weeks into the season? Are you that insulated in your offices that this all sounded like an idea that was going to work?
