Let the record show, OG was mentioned briefly during S&C's Run and Shoot after a caller invoked his sacred name during an either/or question. Silvy and Carmen ripped him briefly over the email incident, but they didn't dwell on it.

I noticed this too, OG leaves, Bulls get hotter than hell. OG took over for Carmen last year, Curry/Deng injuries, 1st round exit.

Silvy and Carmen told Erin Andrews to go and seek out The OG when she does a Rangers game, because he's such a cool guy. They then said, make sure you report back to us.

OG is a quality radio personality who used ot work in Chicago but was driven out of town thanks to his backstabbing, lying and being an overall jackass.

I miss the OG's relatives. I wonder if they're posting defiant defenses of OG on message boards across Texas......

Was he really that bad? I'm a newbie who listens to him on KRLD and I haven't gotten that impression. I may still be in the honeymoon stage.

He didn't bother me. He made some awkward radio by complaining about how he didn't get car deals like the regular hosts, then made sure to talk about how he finally did get a car deal. It wasn't anything major, just small little things he would say now and then that pushed listeners the wrong way.

Not to mention a lot of people who worked with him thought he was a complete backstabber, and was willing to oughst anyone if it favored him. After OG left, both JD and Hood spent 20 minutes (which I missed) tearing him a new one.

He wasn't THAT bad but was really annoying and did some of the things Contempt mentioned above. The thing that got him really scorched around here and in this thread was that his family members were coming on to defend him and it was really pathetic. It got a ton of people pissed off at him here and he never recovered. This thread died when he was let go by 1000 and left with all of his co workers laughing at him and ripping him, including Funk who is normally a really nice guy. He pissed a lot of people off here. Reread this post and you'll probably see why. It will take you awhile though.

The guy who just brought this thread back to life has to be another OG family member or OG himself. Think about it. It was his first post and he dug up this to ask about OG. Cmon.

Yes, it was obvious that a lot of OG's family members were posting here. There were people claiming to be huge fans of the OG, and that they were offended that so many people made fun of him. My argument was, Mike North or Harry or Jurko don't have fans coming here defending them, so how the hell does OG?

Granted, I didn't like ANUS FACE wishing he had AIDS, and some people did take it a bit too far, but the general criticism was probably deserved. Having said that, I did and still do wish him the best in Texas.
