There's no way in the world you have a job.

A lot of people, TallMidget, myself included, are off work today. The Dr. King Holiday has been a national holiday for at least a decade now.

Who's Dr. King?

Bigfan, that was a fast change on the name of this thread.

Do Mac posts now go to the Media Graveyard?

It's about 90% unlistenable--CJH that is, not B&B.

I wonder if 'BBM's doing traffic & weather on the '8s just yet, or is it time for Jeff "Voice of the Bears" Joniak?

Carm's thrilled that this will lead to a 6 figure salary.

It's like on that show Survivor after someone is voted off the Island, the rest of the 'Survivors' are all smiles and happiness out of relief that it wasn't them...until they realize someone else will be next.

Also-too: it needs more cowbell. Image

There will be plenty of time for phone calls, but I don't know if Carm wants to talk Bulls like "Kash" on the Bulls' Radio Network...

Maybe Harry is happier than he was. Would that surprise anybody? I'm gonna get some other work done. Nice visiting with you boys. We'll do it again soon.

They didn't do Carm any favors by plugging him into this. They should have just blown the whole thing up and changed the format. Too many comparisons are inevitable. They should have moved Silvy and Waddle or come up with a new show altogether.

And Cheers was better with Coach and Diane, Harry.

All three of these guys are meant to be sidekicks, not the main attraction. This show is like a TV dinner without the Salisbury steak.

I predict "Waddle & Silvy" will eventually get this time slot, especially if it means Tom Waddle doesn't commute back & forth from here to Los Angeles come football season on NFL Network and still do "The Final Word" with Corey McPherrin...

Jurko does seem more fired up than usual though. That's good.

Don't forget to separate the whites from the darks before loading the machine.

They would be wise to not open the phone lines today. They can't trust anyone, me included. Maybe I can call in and tell Danny I want to talk about the Bulls and get on the air and say in the spirit of Jim Pastor I want to try some differnet things - let's talk Chicago Sky or how stupid letting Mac go was.

But if he were less fired up he would be comatose, which would be better because then he would be unable to speak.
