Yeah, just to spare myself the extra embarrassment on the day of, I've decided to put in my excuses for having no skills on the court early:

1.) I haven't shot a basketball in like 5 years

2.) I have a partially-torn rotator cuff (won't say which one) that isn't fully healed

3.) I'm only about 5'11" on a good day

4.) My shoes aren't designed for basketball (yeah, a reach)

All of that being said, I'm in decent shape and I'm a scrapper, kids!

Playing on half a gym floor is totally going to throw my game off. I'm used to full size.

But looking at the brightside, there will be less running around so it shouldn't affect us out-of-shape people too much. :D
