btw, there is truth to the rumor that Silvy would have been there had he had a little more notice. This will be remedied for Hoops 3. Mr. Matt Abbattacola also has contacted me to let me know he'd be in for Hoops 3 if the date works out. There will be a poll coming soon.

I found it amusing that Webby refused to call a foul when being tackled by every member of the opposing team, but later made a ticky-tacky traveling call on OKC.

Webby's got skills and had the most energy of anyone out there, but the guy has got to learn how to pass!

That was the only time I came close to getting worked up (fire & passion). I still think it was lame to call that. I didn't even see anybody on his team agreeing with it. Everybody was like, "Huh?"

I think that was the only travel called all afternoon. And yeah, the floor was still pretty dusty. I think somebody came close to doing a split at one point.

And Ivan, just as an aside...I don't know if you noticed but I had a hard time not staring at that waitress. Damn, life can be so complicated.

Webby and Goff brought a little higher competition level to Hoops 2...which resulted in normal bygones being called out much more often...
I should have pre-warned both of them that we're all awful at basketball. Except W_Z, of course...

sad part about the floor is Larry the Barber actually mopped beforehand, and ten minutes later there was a layer of dust a foot thick...

it's funny you mention that Frank...I'm already headed that direction (bowling) and announced it at Hoops 2. Just need to pick a date/time and place. I think it would be cool, although it may not draw the same exact group the Hoops events has...conversly, it may draw a lot more people overall. I do encourage everyone to come even if you're not a bowler and I will start a thread for it as soon as I figure out a good location for everyone.

Ivan thats pretty close to my deceased grandpas house...and he was a legendary asshole...but I think with a lot of drugs I could get comfertable there.

183rd and Kedzie...since I'm from the cornfields, I have no idea why that's an iffy area, other than the fact that on my map it's slightly farther south than Brazil, I'm confused...

and Kid, bowling is like karioke...it's only fun if a lot of people you're with are bad at it.
