R and B, I think that is on the low side. I don't trust any of these bastards, anymore.
Mark Grace may be the only good/ above average player I am sure about.
I think you would have to actually workout to have steroids do you any good. The only thing grace ever worked out was a pack of smokes, a six-pack and the occasional slumpbuster.
I don't think Greg Maddux did either, but I am not as sure about him as I am about Grace.
I think you're right, it could be even higher. I'm not a baseball fan but I often hear people say that Fred McGriff was also clean. I don't think Maddux ever had a crazy fastball, did he? Randy Johnson was so skinny but he had bad skin and a horrible temper. I just expect football players to use them or HGH, I don't see how you can't. Those guys are also full of painkillers and speed and rightfully so. And not being a baseball fan, I didn't understand why baseball fans cared so much about the whole issue. I was in high school when the whole McGuire-Sosa thing was going on and it was obvious to me they were juiced. It's the same people that feed you "Americas Pastime" and wax poetic for hours on the history of the game that are so shocked by these stories. Stuck in a time warp and either to naive or in denial to look at what's really going on. But then I watch LeBron James and wonder how he gained 30 pounds of muscle, it seems odd.
