Yeah, Al was playing really good basketball for a Timberwolves' team that had been playing much better basketball since the calendar turned to 2009 under Kevin McHale. Just ask the Bulls, when he scored 39 in that overtime game in Minneapolis...

I think that was the idea in having McHale come down from the front office of the Minnesota Timberwolves to coach the team, Nas. I wonder if John Paxson would have more success coaching this bad Bulls team than Vinny Del Negro...After all, Paxson drafted these Bulls, much like McHale drafted those T-Wolves...
