I could have sworn Rosie just called Tim Duncan a "con artist" because pinion he thinks he can't make a shot when it counts. This sounds like the kind of things where Rosie has only seen the Spurs play once in the last several years, and because he didn't score 50 last night (he only scored a paltry 41 to go with 15 rebounds) and lead the Spurs to a victory, he's going to call the guy a con artist.

A quick review of Duncan's career as a con artist in the NBA:

3 time NBA Champion, 2 time MVP, only the second player in NBA history to be named to both an All-NBA Team and an All-Defensive Team in each of his first four seasons, eight (?) all-star appearances, and generally regarded as one of the best and most solid/consistent players in the league over the course of his career.

I think the only con is the one being played on us the listeners by MVP, passing these clowns off as entertainment.
