"Back in the day...."

I could watch a sitcom and KNOW when the season of episodes were new episodes or repeats. Now, I watch Two & a Half Men....along with some others, and one week there is a new episode, the next week it is a repeat...the next week is a new episode. What the F? No consistency!

i rarely watch that much TV now outside of sports, and the few shows I do watch have had a few switches...the worst being "Lost" which I think in its 5 years of being on the air, it's jumped schedules probably as many times. I think it started Wednesdays at 7pm, then moved later to 8pm, then it moved to Thursdays at 9pm, and now it's back on Wednesdays, at 8pm. May have had another time slot too that I forgot about.

I used to be very in tune with TV, but after years of heartbreak, I just stopped caring how they work their schedules and what not. I only watch 4 shows on a regular basis, so I don't know what to tell you.

Just have DVR record new episodes only and don't watch "live" TV

BWfalcon, that's something I have on my DIRECTV system, along with pause, rewind & fast forward...Gotta love it!
