I put ths shit on because I don't really want to listen to preseason BB. Right out of the bat, as they're talking about their Cubby Bear appearance, dickhead Harry chimes in about how great it was to be in the shadow of the home of the world champs. Shut up asshole! It's the 2nd of March. I can't listen to this shit anymore. I guess it will be back and forth between Roe Conn and his former partner. God, Harry is a fucking douche.

And yet Dan Mcneil is the one sitting on the outside looking in ....... Never really got the reason Harry still has a job in Chicago or any job in Chicago for that matter.

I have grown tired of taking shots at Harry because frankly, it's too easy and I have just decided to move on. It's kind of like picking on a mentally challenged kid - what the hell is Harry going to do? Suddenly become interesting and funny?

Yeah, that's like saying I am going to start listening to my wife and not driving angry...

Speaking of kicking someone in the nuts, how did your talk with your family go in regards to Mr. Plank?

Most didn't know. The ones that did were as shocked as I was that others didn't know though. It was the in laws. My family better know who Doug Plank is.

Good deal. Keep us updated on your kick in the nuts list. In fact, we probably need a whole separate thread just for that.

Tuned in for a bit today since my B&B was so rudely preempted by bad White Sox baseball.

Painful.... PAINFUL listen now. Carm I like you but take charge my man! Make Jurco say something thoughtful and shut Harry the fuck up!

In the little I've been able to tolerate, Jurko seems cranky, agitated, and uninterested. On the other hand, Harry seems to think he is auditioning for a solo show.

This show is awful. It was somewhat listenable when Dan McNeil was on the air with Harry and Jurko, but since he left, this show is absolutely brutal. Harry is the biggest homer in the city and as others have mentioned, Harry's jokes are really bad. I am all for corny jokes, but his are horrible.

Additionally, just like most other ESPN stations, the only reason this show sticks around is because the ESPN name gets them good national guests on a weekly basis. Other than Jurko, none of these guys have any thoughts worth listening to. The production is bad as well.

The thing that drives me the craziest with this show is that it seems to be geared for the "meatball sports fans." There is no intelligence in the making of this show and everything said is recycled from the national media and other ESPN geared events. "Movie Madness" is one example of the "meatball" stuff I talked about. That was just stupid.

I guess it all comes down to your likes and dislikes. I cannot listen to this show at all. I wish Jurko would get on board at the Score as he seems to have a personality more geared for that station.

Echoing the sentiment of this thread.

I did not realize Harry actually played on that Kansas squad that defeated Stacey King's Oklahoma team. He must have by the way he is talking and laying into Stace.

Shut it Harry, attending Kansas for a year or so and burning down the University's library does not make you numero uno Kansas fan.

I thought it was pretty funny the other day when he said he hates hearing about fantasy football. He probably shouldn't do that Fantasy Football Island thing then.

Amen Spaulding. I heard that and about lost the water I was drinking. This is a great example of Harry always being a homer and never looking at Chicago sports objectively.
