Since we do not remember him, and everyone should have a legacy, I pulled some things from the Tribune database (however, I now realize why nobody remembers him):
Apr 20, 1998: Free agents: The Bears signed nine undrafted college free agents Sunday night, including Western Illinois wide receiver Jim Farrell. The others are defensive back Quincy Coleman and running back Carlos Knight, both of Jackson State, Arkansas defensive tackle Ken Anderson, Texas Christian tight end Mike Brown, Texas A&M defensive end Brad Crowley, Wyoming guard Jay Korth, UCLA wide receiver Jim McElroy and North Carolina strong safety Greg Williams.
August 26, 1998: Rostering: The Bears reduced their roster to 60 Tuesday by cutting Hill and running back James Allen, and placing three players on injured reserve: receiver Thomas Lewis (knee), fullback Tim Tindale (knee) and defensive tackle Ken Anderson, who will have surgery to remove bone chips in his ankle.
August 20, 1999: Tackle Paul Grasmanis, having one of the better training camps among defensive linemen, was out of practice Thursday with a knee injury and was replaced in the starting lineup by Ken Anderson.
September 4, 1999: The play of recently acquired ex-Dolphin Shane Burton has complicated matters on the defensive line. Burton is a massive tackle who has played end on early downs and is expected to have a roster spot. His emergence may force the Bears to choose between tackles Ken Anderson and Paul Grasmanis.
September 6, 1999: The arrival and play of ex-Dolphin Shane Burton gave the Bears an option at defensive tackle. The Bears chose to release Grasmanis and keep Ken Anderson, who came back from a year on injured reserve with a broken foot to win a job on the roster.
"They're going to go with those guys," Grasmanis said. "I'm not going to say I agree with it because I don't, but that was their decision."
Grasmanis, a fourth-round draft pick in 1996, had a strong early training camp while Anderson struggled and played poorly against Indianapolis. But Anderson improved steadily and had money in his favor. Grasmanis would have received $934,000 on his one-year tendered contract as a fourth-year player, whereas Anderson has a base salary of $198,000 for 1999.
October 2, 1999: Message? In a move possibly to send a message, rookie linebacker/defensive end Rosevelt Colvin has been designated one of the early inactives along with Hallock, defensive tackle Ken Anderson and guard Greg Huntington. Colvin played well during preseason at end but insiders say his intensity on special teams has been questioned and he has only one special-teams tackle in three games.
October 11, 1999: Sack time: Defensive tackle Jim Flanigan's third-quarter sack of Randall Cunningham was his first of the year. He had been the only defensive lineman other than seldom-active tackle Ken Anderson without a sack this season. He evidently enjoyed the moment, adding a third-down sack of Cunningham in the fourth quarter.
November 13, 1999: In addition to Conway, the Bears will deactivate defensive tackle Ken Anderson, quarterback Shane Matthews and linebacker Keith Burns, which is a setback to their special teams. Burns was their leading special-teams tackler with 13 stops.
August 9, 2000: Waiting: The interior defensive line remains a preseason problem, with tackle Chris Mims reinjuring his left thigh and tackle Ken Anderson injuring his right knee.
August 14, 2000: Defensive tackle Ken Anderson underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee Friday and is expected to be out for several weeks.
August 28, 2000: Sunday's roster moves: Released TE Ryan Wetnight, PK Jaret Holmes, DB Terry Cousin, DT Russell Davis, RB Frank Murphy, QB Mark Hartsell, DT Ken Anderson, LB Shawn Banks, WR Corey Bridges, LB Keith Burns, S Donnie Caldwell, FB Scott Dragos, CB Ray McElroy, T Dan Palmer, CB Cordell Taylor, DE Chris Ward and DE Ben Williams.
