I know he got hit hard but the look on his face
as he approached the foul line....C'mon,he was more concerned
about the headslap then tying the fucking game. He choked,PERIOD!
Also, the end of regulation,if Gordon drives the lane, the Bulls win.
The Basketball IQ of this team is terrible. Scott Skiles saw it last year.
Fundamentals not there, disipline not there, heart is there but it's not enough.

You get hit in the mouth tooth go into your lip blood everywhere and you make 2 FT's?

Yea grow a pair man and do what those guys do which you probably couldn't.

Either way should have been a flagrant foul....

Not going to argue that he should have hit the free throws, he seemed to have a little Jamie Burke in him. They need to pull a John Chaney send in a goon (Aaron Gray I'm looking at you) and pop someone in the mouth. Otherwise you run the risk of turning the entire team into a bunch of whiny pussies.

This is the playoffs. There is no way a flagrant foul can be called in a situation like that. Im not really a Miller guy, but this loss should not fall on his shoulders.

In Basketball, the moment is NOW. It's not like baseball or football
where a key HR or TD could have occurred earlier in the game.
BOTTOM_LINE: Your team is losing by 2 & you have 2 FT.
Stop rubbing your mouth like a 10-year old bitch & earn
your 12.3 million!!!

I do not see how you can blame this entire loss on Miller. There were lots of bad plays and opportunities that were missed. Yes, he should have hit his free throws, but he is not the only one responsible.

I know he is a good foul shooter, but I would have replaced him. The guy was gushing blood, it certainly would have been justified. I have a feeling Vinny did not even think about it as a strategy.

Weren't the announcers saying that if he had to be replaced that Doc Rivers would have gotten to pick the shooter? That may not have been a good thing.

I don't believe that is the rule...i believe the rule is that it has to be someone from the bench

EXACTLY - The Bulls were up by 11 with 7 minutes left in the game, IIRC, and in the words of Denny Green, We let 'em off the hook!! I must agree that someone in the the NBA should be able to make a couple of free-throws, but we should never have been in that situation. And I agree with Bearison that we need a hired goon to go after that little bitch Rondo - he didn't go after the ball at all, just slapped Miller in the face

I don't know if that is the rule or not, but just passing on what the announcers were saying. Who knows whether they actually know the rule or not.

The Bulls lost because Kirk Hinrich airballed an open layup on a fast break in the first quarter. I'm sure many didn't think much of it, but when it happened I was like, "This is gonna come back to bite us." It did.

I can't believe people are questioning the play call there. Everyone in the world was looking for Rose or Gordon to touch the ball. The play was genius - the result not so much.

If you blame Miller for the game 5 loss then you should stop watching basketball because you obviously do not understand the game. You are probably a 300 pound goof who never got to play sports because you were too damn fat so you have no idea what it's all about.

I thought it was about holding an 11 point lead with 5 minutes left, I guess I was wrong.

C'mon, blowing leads and having it go down to the last minute is common in the NBA.
