Lee is feeling ill, thats the reason for the late scratch. I'm guessing he was watching tape of the Cubs road trip.

No shit, I'm also feeling ill wasting my time watching this pathetic bunch of overpaid cocksuckers finding new ways to lose ballgames. The whole lot of 'em fucking blow.
Lee needs to go to the doctor and see if he can locate his sack. I've had it with this pussy. If you watch closely, he even runs like a girl, the pud.

Took 4 2/3 innings, but we finally got a base runner.

Well this game is 'ova. Way to get the pitcher out Lilly. Its sad when the other teams pitcher has more RBI's in a game, than your team does for the series.

Christ, the Padre pitcher Young has driven in more runs in this game than any Cub over the last five games.

Anytime Len and Bob want to start pounding Hendry for the way he build this team, is fine with me. Same for the writers in this town. Someone needs to call this fat fuck out.

Well, I have a clear conscience. I have been pounding Hendry for the better part of three years.

Another great Hendry pickup, Heilman, can be released anytime now.

With the Ricketts coming in, this is the last gasp for this team. Lou will be fired if they miss the playoffs, and they'll get little in return for Lee. No big money will be given to anyone this off-season.

And Elmhurst Steve, no surprise, is nowhere to be found.

Len and Bob were too busying bitching about how the Pirates get to stay in Chicago on 'getaway' day while the Cubs have to travel. Gonna be a frustrating summer watching our baseball teams win 165 games.

I am having a hard time trying to figure out what's going on with the hitting. Theriot may be TRYING to hit the ball in the gaps nor and hit for more power, rather than going up the middle or to right field. They need him to worry more about his OBP rather than his power #'s. Lee is just bad. But Soto? Fontenot? Bradley? Soriano (of late)? Hopefully, the Pirates can get the Cubs back on track. I know they miss Ramirez, but this is ridiculous.
