Certainly not bad for a bunch of scrubs.

Obviously Bucks are in serious cash-clearing mode

I believe this trade allows the Bucks to possibly bring back CV and/or Sessions.

They were a 34 win team with all 3 of them...granted Sessions didn't start the whole year (for some unknown reason) but I'm not sure that's a core you want to build around.

This isn't a flashy trade by any means but I think both teams are getting what they
were trying to accomplish. Jefferson probably has 2-3 good years left and he won't
be carrying a very heavy load in San Antionio by needing to score or play a lot of
minutes. The Bucks are dumping salary and trying their best to field a competitive
team. They have some decent young players and want to keep together some of
their major contributors from last years squad. The Bucks still won't be that good
but they did surprisingly well last year after being short on talent due to injuries.

True, but Jefferson was probably the best player on that team last season.

Spurs have a habit of making these acquistions quietly and they come up HUGE later.

Michael Finley
Robert Horry
and now R Jeff
