Free to enter --- you can enter as late as week 4 if you want to have a legitimate chance of winning. Each week, pick one player for passing stats, one for rushing stats, one for receiving stats, and one for defensive stats. You may only pick a player once during the year.

Points are determined as follows
Passing Pts: 50 yds passing = 1 pt; 1 passing TD = 1 pt; 5 completions = 1/2 p; 1 interception = -1/2 pt
Rushing Pts: 20 yds rushing = 1 pt; 3 carries = 1/2 pt; 1 rushing TD = 1 pt; 1 fumble = -1/2 pt
Receiving Pts: 20 yds receiving = 1 pt; 3 receptions = 1 pt; 1 receiving TD = 1 pt; 1 fumble = -1/2 pt

All stats are rounded down, so if you started Orton at QB and he went 28 for 39 passing; 282 yds, 2 TD, 1 INT you would get 5 points for completions, 5 pts for passing yds, 2 pts for TDs, and -1/2 pt for INT for a total of 11.5 pts
If you start Tomlinson at RB and he gets 72 yds on 18 carries for 1 TD, that is 3 pts + 3 pts + 1 pt = 9pts.

Over the 17 weeks, your lowest scores for 3 weeks will be thrown out; this will keep you from being eliminated from the contest if you forget a week.

At any time, you can assign the 12 pt challenge to any of your submissions by putting a ^ character after their name. If the player gets 12 pts or more, you will get a bonus 3 pts added. If they do not get to 12 pts, you'll receive no points for that player.

The contestant that gains the most total points in a week will have 5 bonus pts added to that week's score. Second place gets 3 bonus pts. Third place gets 1 bonus point.

Note that you can start a player out of their natural position: i.e., you can start Maurice Jones Drew at receiver if you wish, but you can only start a player once during the whole contest, regardless of position.

Player selections must be posted at least 30 minutes before the start of their individual games. You needn't post your whole lineup at once; however once you post a pick, you must keep it unless you declare otherwise at least 30 minutes before the start of the game. The start of the game will be determined based upon the start of the TV telecast, not the actual time of kickoff. No editing of posts are allowed -- if you edit one of your posts during the week, you will be given zero points for that week. You're also responsible for tracking what players you've picked thus far in the contest. If you reuse a player and I happen to notice, I'll let you know, but that's out of my own courtesy. If you do not change it in time, you'll get a 0 at the position for the week.

I will have an Excel spreadsheet that I will update and post a link to after every week so you can see what other people have used player wise, etc.

Prizes will probably come out of my Coke Rewards account -- I'll give more info as we get closer and I see where I am at point wise. I'm over 5k right now, and you can get some decent stuff (coolers, folding chairs, messenger bags, $50 Nike gift cards, etc.) for a little over 1k. Leaning towards prizes to the top 5 finishers and letting them have some say as to what they want. The Coke Rewards merchandise is always changing, so it is hard to say what will be there at the end of football season, but usually there's something good. First place will probably get a gift card also.
