There isn't much there, especially if you don't like roller coasters. They do have some spa stuff and Hershey Lodge is nice. We were only there for a night and that was enough. You don't even get to tour the actual plant but they have a complex built that has a slow moving ride that shows how they produce things. The other thing is an amusement park but I didn't go to that because I don't ride roller coasters.

I'd say it is worth it to maybe hang out in Hershey for a day and night and then go to Gettysburg, PA the next day.
