Lil Danny also said these 7 games against the Rockies and Phillies don't matter. A loss today would mean a 1-6 record and 4.5 games back of the Cardinals. Lil Danny should stop saying games don't matter.

At least lately they are being nice enough to be gettin blown out early in the game. Nice not to have the sense of false hope just to be crushed. We can move on to things that might actually bring us joy.

There is good news and bad news after this home sweep by the Phillies.

Good: The Pirates are coming to town!

Bad: The Padres are coming to St. Louis.

That was brutal to watch.
