The Plyometrics one was rough for me. Horton has other stuff on youtube too.

I;ve heard while you think the yoga is general is easy - it's more power yoga on P90X and a bitch.

Nas - how much space do you need to do the program? I've thought about it but my basement has a low ceiling ans that's where I would do it. Also, how are you doing on the diet?

Maybe a 7' X 10' area and enough air space to do shoulder presses. One of the dvds is pull up intensive so you need door space to do those if you have the pull up bar. Some of the pull ups are crazy.

I actually started this on Monday and I must says the Plyo is the most intense workout I have ever done. My legs literally gave out about 40-45 minutes into the workout and I was spent

You don't need too much room for P90x, just a way to do pullups and high enough ceilings to be able to jump up in the air. You'll also needs resistence bands or free weights.

I have bands and dumbbells so covered there. As for the area, I have a TV/DVD I can drag into the garage to work on the jumping in there. Hrm, I might have to give this a run.

I was actually able to keep up with everything except the cross. I had to stop and start with that a couple times. At the end I was begging for more. I still had a little something left in the tank. I know now that I can push myself a little harder next time. I'm guessing the 4 weeks of working out before today helped me keep up. My shorts and shirt were soaked to the point where someone would have thought I jumped in the pool with my clothes on. I don't think I've sweated like that since football camp in high school.

The 'Cross' always gets me, too. Not so much my wind, but by that time my feet are killing me. I have flat feet, so I'm sure that has something to do with it. That, and the 30 extra pounds.

If you have the time read up on it. Little movments change what you are working. Rotating an elbow or keeping a thigh facing the ground make a huge difference in some poses.

Yoga is difficult. Some poses will energize, some will relax. I found the site I was thinking of...

http://www.yogajournal.com/poses/finder ... categories

I go here to look up stuff a lot. It helps to get the most benefit out of the poses and avoid injury. If you look up one pose at all look up downward dog. Your elbows should be in shoulders out and shoulder blades down. It's a really good back stretch but you miss it if you are working the legs.

Not gonna lie to you guys... I quit the program after 4 weeks. It was hard enough to do the exercises every single day, let alone for 2 more months.
