If so, why? Just out of habit? Nothing else on, nothing to do tonight? Curious about Big Z's return?

The Cubs are 6 games out in the loss column in both the wildcard (Colorado with the lead) and division race.

They play Washington 3x, Mets 6x, Houston 3x, Pittsburgh 6x (maybe 7, I'm not sure if the rain out is included), Cincinnati 3x, Milwaukee 7x, and Arizona 3x. The only tough series remaining are 3 at the Cardinals and 4 at the Giants.

Colorado still has the Dodgers 6x, SF 6x, and St Louis 3x.

It doesn't look good, but there's still a chance.

I'm a glutton for punishment. Although I don't think they have much of a chance
anymore, I will continue to tune in as much as I can until they are mathmatically
eliminated. I tend to miss baseball between November and April so I had better
take it while I can. Well, that and before the Bears start playing games that
matter.

I will watch...partially out of habit. I am also going to Wednesday nights game...making the trek in from the burbs.

I will say this team has been boring most of the year. I might paint the fence and watch it dry. It could be more exciting.

Anyway...Go Cubs! They need a LONG winning streak

Zambrano homer is the only run. Heilman gives up a grandslam. This ball game and season is, ova.

I have tix for tonight, Friday, and about 3 or 4 more games yet this year, and I have ZERO interest in going....BUT I have already paid for my season tix. Ugh.

Is it OK if I BOO?....or will that upset Milton too much? I'm boo-ing his "hating" ass every time he deserves it....which has been VERY often this year.

This. Haven't watched an inning in at least a month, damn glad for it. I'm psyched for the end of the season; my hope is that the Sox miss the playoffs, and I don't have to hear about baseball for a good 6 months.

Fuckin Big Dumbass. I was in on Mac's email contest (round of golf at Bolingbrook) and for some ungodly reason I thought that fat fuck would pitch a good game. Serves me right for thinking that asshole would pitch like the ace he's supposed to be. Fuck you!

Livan Hernandez? You gotta be kidding me. Are you saying this shit-fuck team doesn't have ANYONE in the organization that can benefit from a major league start? A minor leaguer? A guy in the bullpen? Why start a guy that has ZERO chance of being part of your team IF you ever turn this crap around? How the hell does starting Livan Fucking Hernandez get you closer to being competitive (I won't say a championship with this joke team)??
