I worked with a guy like this. He claimed he was a Christian and he was hugging all the young ladies in the office because that's the way they do it in church. He was even creeping me out. When he was terminated, he started to cry because he just didn't get it.

OH...I was close! Yesterday I sent an e-mail to my buddies saying that I bet Reynolds was canned for sexually harrassing Mr. Met after a "Baseball Tonight" commercial shoot. Any chance that there is a female under the Mr. Met suit?

For those of you who want Reynolds to replace Singleton I say no thanks. It will be a pretty Sunday day at the cell and Reynolds will be copping a feel on Nancy Faust and dry humping her in her booth. I'm just looking to protect Nancy.

No worries Beardown. They apparently had something going in the late nineties, but it didn't work out. From what I understand, she was into it, but he wasn't. Lasted less than a month. From those that know Nancy fairly well, it was no big deal.

Not necessarily, if the plaintiff/grabbee can prove that a) previous complaints were ignored or ineffectual, b) the work environment fostered an atmosphere that allowed something like this to occur, or c) management knew of other complaints against Harold along the same lines and yet continued to employ him.
