Yeah, I guess the thought of you being MVP at Hoops is kind of lame...

Better oil up your walker, old timer. I'm guarding you this time. You still working on that two-handed under-hand set shot?

if hitting the backboard equaled points, killer v would average 20 points per game...even if you're only playing to 10.

If hitting OKC equaled points, W_Z would hold the "scoring" record.

LOL at OKC and "scoring record" in the same sentence.

Sorry, Kid. It was right there.

Westchester's Community Holiday party is that Satyrday so no dice on that.

I'll be taking other suggestions and making a few calls on Monday.

Oak Park called me to tell me they have no indoor courts but we could rent an outdoor court for 35 an hour.

Expensive. CPD charges like 135 an hour for the gyms so 3 hours...400 over 10-15 people - you want to pay 40 for hoops?

Have a call in for Hoops the Gym (Randolph and Racine) - now West Loop Athletic Club. Everything I see is that it is in the 120 range for rental per hour so based on past attendance - 2 hrs = 20 bucks a head.

Anyone like that location?

We've done both. I want to keep the costs reasonable so we'll what they come back with.

OK, here is the update

Hoops at the Gym (now West Loop Athletic Club)
1380 West Randolph
Chicago, IL

Cost: 120/hour

We can have it 2 or 3 hours (1-3 or 1-4 PM)

Assuming we get 12 people as usual, this would be 20 or 30 dollars per person.

So I need the following:

Who would be interested?
Do we want 2 or 3 hours?
