Fred just said he taped the Bears 2nd preseason game and watched it this morning. Its one thing to tape a regular season game, but a meaningless preseason game??? What a loser. Hey Fred get some kids then you wont have time to watch a preseason game live, let alone on tape.

I'm on the other side on this one. It's refreshing that a Chicago talk show host isn't bitching or complaining about watching a sporting event - too many times, I hear people like Boers saying just flat out saying that he's not going to watch something because he doesn't care, etc.

its his JOB to watch sports and analyze. i dont get the motive behind this post at all....

Even I'm with you on this Ike. It's his job to follow the Bears and be prepared so nobody should get on Fred for this. What you can get on him for is that he doesn't have an opinion untill Pappy tells him what his opinion is.

Even those of us who hate this show arent this dumb. Would you rather that Fred trot in there and say well I cant really comment since i didnt see the game? Of course not, then that would be a problem. I'm all for ripping anyone and everyone on this show, but make it a good reason.

its gotta be tivo. you cant get anyone to touch a vcr anymore. nobody ever figured out how to program them. tivo is good for the general public, because normally you just push one button
