Footnotes are at the bottom. PR is the current power rating. PRE is the previous rating, which in this case is the season-ending rating from last season. During the season, that will mean the previous rating from the week before. For now, you can use it to check my evaluations of each team and the returning starters, etc. During the season, it is useful to see immediately whether a team is on an uptick or downtick.
