The patience has disappeared and Kosuke himself has become less patient. I think he changed the culture for a while and then they blew up the team and altered the good chemistry. I am a big chemistry guy, which has turned some scorn on me from Dan and Terry.

How do you figure this when he drew more walks and had a higher OBP in 2009 than he did in 2008?

2008: 81 walks & .359 OBP

2009: 93 walks & .375 OBP

I think it just feels like fuk is less patient because the rest of the team was less patient. I had expected the Cubs as a team to have many more walks and higher OBP's this year, but it didn't happen.

i think anyone who expected overall that the OBP's and walks to go up from the crazy numbers they put up in 2008 was asking for disappointment.

That explains why I was disappointed then lol.

I assumed that with the team's new found patience in 2008 along with the acquisition of Bradley, it was destined to go up. I also thought the Cubs would get a World Series before my 40th birthday. :oops:
