Now that the Yankees have Curtis Granderson patroling center field at the New Yankee Stadium for the forseeable future, Brett Gardner is definitely available & expendable by the new World Series Champions. Because the White Sox are trying to emphasize speed & defense, Gardner would be an ideal fit, especially if Scott Podsednik doesn't lower his asking price.

love to have the lefty with speed, but i cant see why the evil empire wouldnt keep him as a 4th outfielder on the cheap.

I am always leery on taking people the Yankees are willing to give up on.

Kujoe, I believe the Yankees have a 4th outfielder...His name is Melky Cabrera, who I believe is also a switch hitter...I wonder if he'll be moved himself now that Granderson's in the fold.

i think they'll try to trade melky to save cash as espn reports that want to trim a bit of payroll...but knowing the yankees they'll sign hallyday and trade for doc tommrow.....

Jordan Danks is NOT ready, Greek God. The White Sox will make a move before Spring Training, but John Danks' brother won't be making the trip with the team north.

Someone was on the radio, don't know who, think he was on Ranger's show. Said defensively he was really for the Sox. Now I just read where Kenny may what Pierre, according to Cowley. But he's may be Boers "guy"...lol.
Juan can't play defense, has no arm, can't get on base, think he can never take a walk and his OBP sucks. Sounds like a more expensive Pods.

Hopefully fans will pay more attention to what they DO rather than what they SAY.

Looks like Kenny can take Matsui off his Christmas list ....

Matsui signs one year, $6.5MM deal with Angels

Too bad, as there aren't a lot of big left handed bats out there.
