i agree with zachs 4 main points. That was basically all of basic training. I was at 6'3'' 240 going in and 196 coming out. Now i can drink again and eat what i want im at like 210-215. Like camps i would like to get back to like 200

Ok, this is what I am suggesting as the basic rules:
The competition would start Mon. Jan. 4, 2010 with everyone weighing in that morning or day and posting it in the appropriate thread.

The competition would conclude on Mon. Apr 5, 2010 with a final weigh-in.

Edit: Thumbs up to RFDC on suggesting the dates, as starting on a Monday makes the most sense, and it's after the holiday season, which also makes the most sense...

I don't care if you guys do weekly updates or not, it's not really that important, unless you want to motivate me more

The winner would be the person who lost the greatest percentage of weight. In the unlikely event of a tie, the competition would continue for another two weeks with a weight loss runoff between the tied parties...

The winner will receive my signed Chelios hockey stick, and if others want to contribute to the pot, let me know, but it's not required.

I just started running again, and I'm looking to do a half marathon. There's one in Springfield that weekend (4/3) that I'm considering. That might help to keep me motivated.
I will contribute some Bulls or Cubs tix to the winner.
