I thought he was head coach of the Minnesota Timberwolves when they were an expansion team...Ask Bernsy. He mentioned it earlier this afternoon.

Thumbs down to SHARK... Eric was head coach of the Golden State Warriors very briefly, not the Minnesota Timberwolves. Bill Musselman coached the T-Wolves in their infancy. SHARK regrets the error.

He was part of a long line of college coaches that failed miserably in the NBA, specifically the Golden State Warriors. I thought Montgomery went back to Stanford...

If this is the route the Bulls are looking to go, then why not just name Bernie Bickerstaff the head coach?

Although he has NBA head coaching experience, Douchebag, Bernie's got more losses than wins and isn't much better than Vinny Del Negro. If the Bulls canned VDN and went interim for their head coach, Pete Myers, not Bernie, is believed to be the choice based on what I've read.

If being an asswipe carries over from generation to generation, then I feel sorry for your kids.

Low blow.

True. But Is that not in essence what WWN is saying tho? That Eric cannot coach because his father was an asswipe?

What in the hell does this have to do with Eric?

His old man couldn't coach and neither can he. There is an old saying "an apple doesn't fall far from the tree" remember these words.

Didn't he get a DUI not too long ago?

Why are we digging off the scrap heap. Let's a get little bulldog white guy again with the techincal savvy to get this team to score points.

I'm talking Jeff Van Gundy or Lawrence Frank.
