I'm working on the update right now. As penance for my lack of updates, the second-place finisher will win a $25 gift certificate to go along with the $75 GC for the winner. My apologies, I've just been completely swamped.

There's a $500 limit on bets.

You can always proposition you way to 100 for the Super Bowl. Go crazy. Bets will be aggregated, however, so 10 $20 bets = 1 $200 bet.
