Dolphin called us all Kool-aid drinkers after we started predicting games. Now he's on board. It's not kool aid if it happens. LOL. I've predicted the first two games as 20 plus point blow outs as did others here and we all hit it. A little tougher this week. But still double digits.

Bears 20
Vikes 17

This game will be close regardless who wins. Without a solid running game, the Bears can not throttle a team into submission. The Vikes are by far the best competition the Bears have faced so far and the Bears will make the mistake of allowing the Vikes to hang around into the 4th quarter.

I think it was TM or Coast who made that call. I just noted that Nas get particularly obliterated on the drink.

I had the Bears winning these first three games before the season started.

Bears win this one 17-16. The O struggles a bit with the crowd noise, turns it over a few times in Viking territory but the Vikings only get 3 in those drives. Long pass to Williamson over Tillman is the 7 for the Vikings.

The only I can say is that the Bears bend but don't break Cover 2 has given up some yards and the corners still look to be the weakest link of the defense. If the Vikings can get some time for Johnson, he will have receivers to get the ball to.

I watched part of that Vikings-Carolina game last night, too, and I couldn't believe some of the shots Brad Johnson was taking. I couldn't believe he got up after some of them. I bet he's still sore from that game and think he should be softened up for the Bears. Hopefully they'll be able to knock him out.

On the other hand, the Vikings d-line looked impressive and will likely force some ill-advised throws from Rex.

Bears win 20-13.

Vikings return a Grossman interception for a TD.

Bears get a TD on special teams.

dolphin, I didn't want to mess up the kool aid rotation.

I predict...

Bears win at least 10 games and get their ass beat in round 2 of he playoffs at home. Again.

I don't think we realize just how bad the Bears division is. Green Bay and Detroit may only win 11 games combined.

The following teams can beat the Bears at home in the playoffs.

NYG, Philly, Dallas, Atl, Carolina, Seattle.

You are the ultimate optimist my friend....11 wins combined with these two teams is awful generous;)
