The Beachwood Reporter forum has a few Bears fans that tell me how much they like me. Granted, this is the first week I've picked the Bears, but in general, my picks are so brutal, it might serve as a bad omen.

Umm, who is this guy? Why is there a Steeler fan in our midst? You've had your cookie, now let the Bears have the cake.

I know the Bears look good this year. I wonder if Rex will say "I'm going home" like the Bus did, since the Super Bowl is in FL this year.

For now, I am rooting for the Champs, so if the Bears do win, you, my friends, co-workers and a bunch of other folks will remind me of this every chance they get. Since the Steelers look quite poor so far, all I got is to remind you we started our streak against the Bears last year.

Just hope they pull it off. . . Don't let me ruin your fun. It's a great start, and the next four opponents stink. Let's face it, I'm jealous.
