My regular advice to folks is bring a white shirt and a dark shirt so we can switch teams.

-There are water fountains to use.
-There are small locker rooms you can change in, but no showers - your own personal funk will join you on your ride home.
-There will be basketballs there, but feel free to bring your "gamer" if that's what some of you need to maintain the feeble self-confidence you have in your game.
-The gym will probably be a little cool, but I can turn on the giant industrial sized heaters if it is too cold (seriously? - you want to know the temprature of the gym ahead of time? )
-Do not pass the ball to Zack when he says he's open. He's a black hole.
-If you guys want to bring 2 shirts (light/dark) that's fine with me, but not a big deal to me.
