Mike Martz became an offensive genius with a future HOF at QB, a future HOF at HB, potentially 2 future HOF at WR and a future HOF at LT in his prime.

Last time I checked, the Bears don't have this. I am not saying the move is bad - I just don't think that Martz will be everything that everyone thinks he might be.

The QB was a journeyman before he met Martz. He didn't do too bad with the Lions either. Kitna had his best seasons of his career with Martz. I would like to believe Cutler is a better QB and the Bears have more talent talent than the Lions had then. I am concerned about the change in offense but based on Martz history his phone book hasn't been a major issue in year 1.

Before Martz I dont remember teams saying "if we only had Kurt Warner as our QB and Holt, Bruce and Proehl at WR we would kick ass!" Maybe martz actually made them better and can do so here? If he can take them from bad to pretty good it would be a start.
