Does anyone live in an apartment or condo building with a common room? I've been to three bridal or baby showers held in one of those in the last year and they're usually inexpensive to rent or free.

The one shower I helped plan we got the room for 50 bucks for a day and it had a nice small kitchen too. We had to provide tables and chairs.

I could very easily get a room at my uncle's bar. He would do it for free just to have the business. The Bar is at 87th and Southwest Highway,this may be a bit south for BigFan. It is also very close to my favorite pizza joint Vito&Nicks. Let me know if you guys are interested. This is a neighborhood tavern type of joint so it may not be high class enough for some,but definitly makes up for it in "character".

Bar or someone's garage. I really dont give a shit. I could rent/borrow a few tables from friends and we could get this going. I would like to get something done as we have talked about this forever. Either way I just want to take Spanky's lunch money.

Trust me when I say,, I live in the nice part of Joliet(west side) I do believe I have a big enough house for a large game and I would be willing to help those in need of a place to crash for the night if they get too drinky. Im right off the main express ways (80,55,355). Like I said, it doesnt matter to me either way, I just want to play some cards.

What day works best for people? Friday or Saturday night? How far are you willing to travel?

For me it would have to be a Saturday and if we had enough guys we would have to start around 6 or so, as I wouldnt want to have to play until 2 in the morning(or get bumped out right away, which is probaly more likely).

I would be willing to host like I said.. April is a better time for me, March is pretty much booked up right now.
