I really don't like it when people refer to a team making the NCAA Tournament as "going dancing" and Zach has said it two or three times in the first 25 minutes of the show.

I wish it was Hub and Paruch instead of Hub and Zach.

I'd take anybody over Zack. He's an idiot. He's blaming Illinois not getting into the tourney to a loss to Minnesota. You can hear the exasperation in Hub's voice.

Which would be worse?

Hub and Hamp?

or

Hub and Zach?

Discuss...

Great question. I'll go with Hub and Hampton as being better.. Hamp does know something about football, which is one more sport than Zaidman knows anything about. They break even on the Bears meatballism, although, again I give Hamp the edge, due to his being an actual Bears player. I can put up with Hamp's stammering, but I can't listen to Zack for 5 minutes without wanting to punch him square in the face. And yes, Tad, that "going dancing" crap gets old fast.

But what does Hub think about New Mexico in the Tourney?????? That is what I need to know!~

I haven't missed the constant fake hilarity or the nonstop music and movie references at all. I'll give Hub and Zack credit for carrying on conversations that are actually about sports. All the bells and whistles are just nonsense. And I bet they have both heard of John Wall.

this is an interesting topic: worst possible WSCR partners.

Zach is a given, so who would be worst with him? You need someone without a backbone, who will let Zach take the alpha male role. Who's the wimpiest? On the surface one might say Paruch, but I don't think he would stand for Zach's idiocy. Hub is clueless about anything but football.....how about Zach and Schuster? That would be hellacious.

well, offman is not an option, but just for discussion sake I think larry and offman would try to assert their dominance over zach. kind of like when strange dogs meet and need to sort out the hierarchy. schuster, on the other hand, is that dog that rolls over at the first sign of another dog approaching...even if it's a cat.

The true PTFB Dream Team

Harry, Larry, and Zack

with Schuster and Cowley reporting.

Schuster makes me miss Levine. Never thought Id say that.

Im new to the SCORE. Isnt it a little strange that their main baseball guy didnt know what country Angel Guzman was from?

He acted like, "I dont know that really insignificant detail but I can look it up later"

if it's not about the sox, cowley doesn't know anything about it. WSCR needs a new cubs homer now that offman is gone.

Fun is great. Contrived, constant fake laughing is annoying. No need to get snippy, Dave. It's nothing personal.

Grobstein.

Holmes and Grobstein would make waterboarding seem like a threesome with Victoria's Secret models.

I'll take that phrase over "Hublisher". Whats worse is that ZZ kept explaining the reasoning behind the moniker.

Why the hell would you have Hub on for college basketball talk? Hub can't talk about the one sport he does cover intelligently.

Let's cut them a little bit of slack. 670 The SCORE is clearly shorthanded this week, with Mac & Boers on vacation all week respectively, Spiegs & LoHo off until Thursday, plus Mike Mulligan will be off Thursday & Friday. Got all that? If that's not enough, Chris "The Ranger" Rongey & Jason Goff are in Arizona this week, and I think Rongey's there as part of sponsors' week with the White Sox in Glendale, AZ.

For the record, according to the 670thescore.com schedule, Brian "The Whipping Boy" Paruch pinch hits for Laurence tonight 6-10p. Whip & Ranger co-host "White Sox Live: Presented by Miller Lite" tomorrow 6-9p & veteran AP scribe Jim Litke joins Paruch Wednesday 6-10p.

i just texted jason and matt and couldnt find any reason the score is having troubling fining voices. theres two guys right there just doing stupid producing when they could be hosting shows this week. well that would probably put danny mac's and boers jobs on the line because they suck so it wont happen.
