almost did this morning, he was talking about Lidles death, he knew nothing and even Annie was correcting his dumb ass. He talked about Lidle getting badmouthed by former Phillies players, he gave two hispanic sounding last names and Mike said something like, "or you know, some guy that looks like...", he stopped dead in his tracks god only knows what he was gonna say.

On the show that regularly beats the local hero, Steve Lyons talked about the circumstances of his firing. They played the clip in question and played the clips that provide the context in which it was said.

It is unfortunate that Lyons was fired and it speaks volumes about FOX. Lyons and Pinella were joking with each other. The result was Lyons following up on a comment made my Pinella but the joke wasn't funny. A bad joke ended up in people being offended and Lyons being fired. Sad. very sad.
