Maybe some have picked up on my subtle hints that I am not a Kenny fan. It's not that he does a bad job but he is just part of a team of people trying to make moves.

However, this year Kenny has gone out of his way to seperate himself from "Ozzies Team"

QUESTIONS
1. If things go well, is it because Kenny or Ozzie?
2. If things go poorly, is it because of Kenny or Ozzie?

I blame Oney and Twitter.

I don't know but it's always seemed like Kenny had a problem with Ozzie. Didn't Kenny wanna hire Cito Gaston while Jerry wanted Ozzie? Or am I way off on this?

Wasn't this a show on comedy central last year that didn't end so well.

In terms of whose fault it would be either way, in truth, it is both of theirs.

IMO, Kenny will be the scapegoat if all goes poorly because Uncle Jerry likes Ozzie more-keep in mind that Kenny didn't want to hire him but Jerry did.

This is going to have an ugly ending. Ozzie just can't keep quiet. Is it any surprise that his kid is a loose cannon ? The Guillens need their own reality show. Probably make the Osbournes look normal.

1. If things go well, both will get credit.

2. If things go poorly, Ozzie Guillen will take a larger portion of the blame because Kenny Williams made changes to accomodate Guillen's desired roster makeup. The answer to this question isn't as easy to answer though - I think Williams also favors a strong starting rotation. Considering that the starting staff is considered to be the strength of the team, if they flop, I'm not sure I can blame Guillen for that...or even Williams. It could be players with a recent history of success who don't live up to their projections.

If things go poorly they'll blame the players and rebuild. That's Reinsdorf's MO, besides Konerko, Jenks, and Pierzynski's contracts are up.

Jenks has one more year of arbitration. He's a free agent after the 2011 season.

Right on Jenks, but they just won't offer him a contract.

It's the AL Central. It's not possible for things to go that badly for the White Sox. They have the Royals and a rebuilding Indians team (tho Cleveland always plays the White Sox tough), a Detroit team saddled with delusions of 2006 (not to mention a bunch of crappy contracts from that year+). Which leaves the White Sox and a Joe Nathan-less Twins. White Sox could finish 2nd in the AL Central in 2010 just by showing up; winning the division will probably come down to which BP (the White Sox or Twins) has the better season.

Kenny's M.O. is WIN NOW!!!
Reinsdorf hasn't a fucking clue....The Bulls have been rebuilding since Michael departed.
Reinsdorf is in this to get his rocks off beating people on contracts and having his ass kissed by his doltish employees.

Williams will make no direct statements at Ozzie, but I do expect statements all year from him about how he wanted more power? OK, so go get some! I don't think Ozzie was the one who inked a .260 hitting, 55 RBI third baseman!
Is Joe Crede a free agent still? How about him a DH for little money or a guy named Dye?

KW thinks Ozzie will deserve the blame. I think they both deserve blame as it was his decision to defer to a light intelligence like Ozzie.

The years they had tons of Oh-Fence (which is Kenny's MO), they didn't win. When they had just enough power, but great pitching (2005), they did win.

I think all of this BS goes away in 5 days when the season starts.
