Well a chance for a game 7 in the east and another Ovechkin series going 7 games, Canadies lead 2-0 with about 10 minutes to go in the first period.

Ovechkin has played in 4 series, had home-ice advantage in all 4, and they have all gone to game 7. He better not lose this one or it could be intresting.

I really hope that DOan plays tonight. The sooner Detroit gets knocked out the better. I just don't see how the Coyotes can pull it off if he doesn't play...

Well tonight, the Coyotes win a game 7 or a series for the first time since they were the Jets or the Red Wings win a game 7 on the road since the 60's. I think the Coyotes had a good season, but I say the Red Wings win this one.

Well for tonight, I think the Capitals win tonight, probably more intresting if they lose, but they win and welcome the Flyers.

Well the upset has happened, what do you say if you are Washington, Ovechkin will probably take some hits for this, a 3-1 lead and lose 3 in a row, 2 at home. All Ovechkin's series, go 7 games, have home-ice and is 1-3.

I will also say if your Washington, One thing they need to do is go with one goalie and stick with it, not change goalie's mid series, I would say Varlamov.

One thing I would say they will do is probably find a new coach, I could see Boudreau go with not having his teams perform in the playoffs.

Now on to the rest of the playoffs,

Western Conference- I think the Red Wings need to leave San Jose 1-1, and that one could go 7, if San Jose is up 2-0, I see the Sharks in 5 games.

Blackhawks vs Canucks- I was listening to transition on the Danny Mac show with Boers and Bernstein, and B and B said this series wouldn't be much of a challenge for the Hawks, I disagree, I think this will be the toughest series for the Hawks. I think the Hawks will win, but don't lose a game at home, I don't think you want your season on the line having to win at Vancouver. I know they won their last year in the playoffs, but it's a new year.

Flyers vs Bruins- Who would have thought before the playoffs started, 1 of these teams would go to the Eastern Conference Finals, I will say the Bruins in this one, rematch from the game on New Year's Day.

Penguins vs Canadiens- The Penguins can't look ahead, because they are probably going to hear talk that they can walk to their 3rd straight Stanley Cup Finals. They may have heard that last year against the Hurricanes and swept that series, keep that mindset. I see the Pens in 5, win the first 2 at home, get 1 in Montreal, and close it at home, sometimes hot goalies do it for 1 series and don't carry it over, hope that happens here.
