Dunno buot the AS show, but when Bernstein started to discuss this during transition, neither Meatpants or Mac would say what the rumor was. They danced around and seemed to be saying that they didn't think they were allowed to say it. And I guess they haven't discussed it on the Danny Mac show at all.

The official stance of the board is that we didn't even know this show was still on the air.

bumping this thread for the sake of an all-time quote.

i listen to the show for approximately 3-5 minutes when i'm on a radio kick... from ~16-21 of an hour, because after :30 thom hartmann lines up with b&b's breaks and before it, well, there's those nebulous five minutes

To bump the thread, this was brought up on one of the national ESPN shows, Colin Cowherd's, he said ESPN has told people to stay mum on it, but did say it was true.

An offpoint statement, but I wish that the callers that B&B get would call this show, that could make for some fun radio.
