In an incredibly disappointing season, this guy has got to the most disappointing. I was actually excited when they traded for him. Of course, the only thing that I knew about him was what I saw when the White Sox played the Royals. Like a dumbass, I assumed that he must be at least a pretty good ballplayer against everybody else if he was such a worldbeater against the Sox. Wrong!!!!!!

He can't hit for power. Can't hit for average. Can't field his position. Can't run. Doesn't seem to have any real baseball instincts. Doesn't hustle. Has a dopey looking squish face.

I should have know the guy was a total doucher when I heard that he named his dog "ESPY".

Hell, all I did was look at Teahen's Stats...A strikeout -DP machine...AND DUMB ASS KENNY GIVES HIM A CONTRACT EXTENSION!!!!

I don't know if hate's the right word, but I've been very disappointed in Mark Teahen myself. This despite the fact he had 3 hits before Ozzie had Alexei Ramirez pinch run and had Omar Vizquel finish the game at third base in their 7-2 win at (Not So) Progressive Field in Cleveland last night. Teahen has committed 8 errors in what was supposed to be his natural position, third base, and hasn't exactly provide much pop at the plate at what's supposed to be a power-hitting position.

If it makes any White Sox fan feel better, remember the name Brent Morel. He's actually one of the few prospects that's actually hitting in the minors. At Double "A" Birmingham, Morel's hitting .321 with 11 doubles & 25 RBI's right now. SCORE/Sun-Times White Sox Insider Joe Cowley says to "keep an eye on him."
