Yeah, I'm pretty sure his diabetes doesn't stop him from doing the work that 59 other MLB color analysts do on a daily basis. Knowing the players, the advanced scouting report, certain statistics. Why does he think that he can just show up at the park and talk? Because Cub fans allow it. He's "Cub Legend Ron Santo". So what? Do the work and make the broadcast better.
