I can't watch anymore. Nix hits a GS and Peavy just starts giving it back. Hey you dead-arm fuck, get on the goddamn DL if you're hurt. Don't sit and fuck around here because you're a competitor.

You haven't had shit for the last 3-4 games. Get it right and stop costing the team wins.

Must be a SCORE follower, everything negative. Before the trade most everyone was saying, like someone pointed out already, that Jake pitched great in Petco Park. Even on the road in NL parks his ERA was way higher. And coming here to Sox park a hitters park wasn't going to be a good idea.
Just another good example of who should go first. Kenny or Ozzie.

Let him get a season under his belt before stickin' a fork in him.

Rios left a worse aftertaste than an accidentally tongue dippin' in the wrong hole after last season. Different story this year.

Oh, and Steve. Care to mention what you said about Rios when they got him? I believe it was something about how Toronto was dancing in the streets to have him gone.

Jays 30-22 Sox 21-28 if they aren't dancin they might be skippin'

I promise you they would like to have him back. Rios is putting up MVP type of numbers if this was a goood team. Unfortunately, only the Cubs finish in last and have MVPs.

I know Peavy has a no-trade clause, but is there any NL team that would want him and would help eat some of his salary? I don't know if he is truly hurt or if he is just adjusting to a new league/ballpark but he has been just bad.

He was supposed to shore up this pitching staff and possibly be the ace of the staff. He has been a supreme disappointment and I don't know if he can regain the dominance he once had.

You would think a pitcher to a new league would be able to get wins just because no one has faced him, but he has resorted to a one-pitch pitcher.
